All staff, engineers, trainees, and office personnel embody our core values in being dedicated, committed, and proud of everything we do. We fully respect your workplace in being discreet, polite, respectful and courteous at all times.

Our Office personnel will ensure that all dealings run smoothly from organising times and dates for a routine maintenance, through to new turnkey installations and large scale projects. Project managers, technical sales and maintenance managers have a wealth of experience in the industry and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

All engineers and fitters are City and Guild qualified to industry standards, handpicked and specialists in their respected disciplines. Every year our engineers attend training courses ensuring their knowledge is current and they are fully aware of product updates and technicalities. This training is essential in moving our company forward and supporting our clients.

    Managing Director

    Wayne is founder of Air Options and our managing director. He has been in the HVAC industry since 1986 and a respected expert in delivering Heat pump, Ventilation and Air Conditioning solutions. Wayne often takes a personal interest in more complex installation projects and is dedicated to building a reputable company.

    Service Director

    Matt has an extensive career history in a range of mechanical engineering roles with an emphasis on building HVAC services. Although a director, Matt often frequents the field to resolve the most difficult system issues or to personally meet the clients in attending to their specific needs.

    External Sales

    Justin has been in the industry for over twenty years and has benefited from hands on experience, in the position of engineer before moving into technical sales. Justins design skills and transparent approach to engineering solutions are second to none, and a highly respected member of our team.

  • Lewis

    Project Delivery

    Lewis progressed into an estimating and project support role during 2015, and offers support to all departments whether this be site surveys or system design. Lewis has complimentary experience in the field given his prior training as an installation fitter and was hand picked for the role by managing director Wayne given his honest, reliable and professional approach to work.
