On the ground, all our fully employed engineers are City & Guilds F-Gas qualified, SKILLcard certified, IPAF certified, and PASMA certified. They have also undertaken training courses in asbestos awareness, manual handling, workplace first aid, ladder safety and safely working at height. This provides complete peace of mind that all of our installations are carried out to the highest professional standards whilst meeting the latest health & safety standards.
Booking your Air Conditioning Installation
At the point of telephone contact, the friendly team within our installation department will want to ask you some questions about your requirements, the type of building your business operates from and if there are any special considerations we need to understand.
Following this, our office staff will then contact you again to arrange a meeting between yourselves and our surveyors, booking a meeting at a date and time that is convenient to you.
At the previously agreed date and time, one of our surveyors will then visit your premises to discuss your requirements in greater detail and perform a discrete survey. Following this survey, we will produce a working design that meets the requirement of your building and our subsequent discussions. Once this has been completed, and priced, we will then provide you with our quote.
If you are happy to proceed, we will then advise of the earliest possible commencement date and allocate a dedicated project manager to oversee the rest of your installation project, moving forward.
From commencement of the works, our project manager and highly skilled engineers will work seamlessly to deliver a first-class installation, which comes in on time and within our originally quoted price.
Finally, once the system has been fully installed, commissioned and tested, our project manager will complete the system handover and is even able to provide training on how to use your new system, should you require.
