At Air Options, we have been providing commercial heat pump repair services to businesses throughout our service areas since 1995, and have built an unsurpassed reputation for delivering a rapid response to all enquiries, accurate diagnoses, and affordable commercial heat pump repair.
As a leading commercial heat pump repair company, we are Refcom F-Gas certified and manufacturer accredited to repair a wide range of systems from leading manufacturers including Daikin, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Samsung, and Toshiba.
If you’re experiencing issues with your commercial heat pump system and those issues are impacting on your business, the chances are, you’ll need it repaired as quickly as possible.
At Air Options, we understand this and always strive to provide same day commercial heat pump repair wherever possible. However, it should be noted that a same day repair may not be possible in all cases.
There are multitude of variables that can impact the outcome of a repair call, ranging from system accessibility to the availability of required parts. Furthermore, because not all faults are easy to find, our engineers may need additional time to thoroughly test your system and correctly diagnose the fault. In some instances, where more complex, or time-consuming repairs may be required, we will always raise a quotation for your consideration, ahead of commencing the repair on another visit.
Here at Air Options, our commercial heat pump repair engineers carry a range of consumables on their vans which allow them to fix a wide range of commonly reported faults on their first visit. However, should replacement parts be required, we would then need to raise a quotation for your consideration prior to commencing the repair on another visit.
‘’Topping up’’ the refrigerant gas within a commercial heat pump system is neither compliant, nor is it legal. If you suspect that your system has been leaking refrigerant, then a full pressure leak test will need to be carried out by a qualified Air Options engineer to locate and repair the leak, as quickly as possible. Once the leak has been located and repaired to a satisfactory standard, our engineers will be able to recharge your system in accordance with F-Gas legislation, bringing your system up to a compliant standard, once again.
