Initial
contact

This is generally a phone call to the office and brief discussion regarding requirement, feasibility and budget. We do as much as we can over the phone to try and understand your needs and advise accordingly.

Meeting

Our sales engineer will meet you at the premises the system is to be installed, whether this be a new system installation or upgrade of old. We listen to your concerns and specific requirements ahead of carrying out a discrete survey. Once we have all information required, we will expertly design your system at our premises ahead of producing your proposal.

Commencement

We agree a start date for the works to begin which can be expedited within a week or two after acceptance of the quote. This can be a variable however and do what we can to get started as quickly as possible or meet the specifics of your programme. Please be aware of higher demand during the summer months, although we can normally work around this.

Project
management

Good management and Health & Safety is a vital part of any project and carefully overseen by qualified staff. We work with you to ensure everyone is comfortable, informed and safe throughout the process. All and any disruption, minor or otherwise will be discussed so you are without surprise.

Works
on site

Dependent upon the scale of the works, we will have anything from a single team on site for a day to several teams allocated over many weeks. Whatever the project, we’ll stay until the works are complete and operational, without delay or to meet the discussed programme. Our engineers are smartly dressed, polite, and understand the importance of working alongside your staff discreetly.

A working
system

Once the installation works are complete, we offer any training required, then leave you to enjoy your new investment. All our systems are extremely easy to use and automated allowing you to enjoy the benefits, whether this be heating in the winter or cooling in the summer.

Warranty
& reliability

While the installation journey is complete, your relationship with us is not. Our after sales department will look after you for the duration of the warranty and beyond should you choose. Systems are offered with up to 5-year manufacturer warranties, backed by our own design warranty for complete peace of mind.
