This is a state of the art system that heats, cools, extracts and supplies fresh air into the newly formed laboratory areas.

In excess of 6500sq foot of the building has been redeveloped and fitted out by Air Options Ltd. Key considerations for our client are ownership of design, value engineering, quality of workmanship and discreet installation given the sensitive nature of the site.

Our track record with this kind of installation was a key factor in the awarding of the contract. Our highly skilled team work on site working alongside members of the principal contractors team to ensure that the project meets its key milestones.

The system specified was manufactured by Mitsusbishi Electric and incorporates a number of void mounted VRF heating and cooling fan coils in turn served by Mitsubishi Lossnay heat recovery units working as a unified solution. All systems are installed in line with the manufacturers guidelines and designed in accordance with the requirements of the trust and building control to ensure external roof loadings, noise levels and fresh air levels are correctly engineered. Nothing is left to chance with delivery of our products and services.
