Initially Air Options tendered for the HVAC works based on client consultation drawings / brief, however, following discussions redesigned the entire scheme to offer substantial cost savings.
Multiple “exposed” high capacity ducted type units where selected as opposed to 4-way cassettes reducing plant qty and increase cost savings.
Systems where also selected as Panasonic to offer best value from a leading / reputable manufacturer.
Our in-house team also redesigned and installed the ventilation packages on site.
The retail area now benefits from heating and cooling, maximising customer comfort levels.
